Aljo Aluminium-Bau Jonuscheit GmbH transfers essential parts of its business operations, in particular production, to the newly founded subsidiary with the name Aljo GmbH & Co. KG – by way of a spin-off and based on the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz).
As a result of this restructuring, the former Aljo Aluminium-Bau Jonuscheit GmbH now trades as Jonuscheit Holding GmbH.
