3.1 Personal Data

According to Art. 4 DSGVO, personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"). Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address, company name or email addresses, IP address, date/time of contact) is collected on our pages, this is done exclusively for the purpose of processing the conversation or contact.

The use of offers and services is, as far as possible, without providing personal data. However, we reserve the right to create pseudonymized usage profiles.
All personal data collected by us, both the data entered in the contact form and the log files described in 4.1, remain with us until you request us to delete them, revoke your consent to store them, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request).
In this context, we do not process any data for which a legal or contractual provision is required. Furthermore, no automated decision-making processes take place on the basis of this data
Insofar as legally prescribed retention and documentation obligations, which may result from the German Commercial Code (HGB), the German Fiscal Code (AO) and the German Civil Code (BGB) or other relevant laws, among other things, prescribe a longer storage period, these will be taken into account accordingly. As a rule, these retention periods are between 6 - 10 years. The relevant data will continue to be stored by us for these statutory purposes, but will not be processed elsewhere and will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.

3.3 Data when contacting

Personal data that you provide to us either as mandatory information or voluntarily for the purpose of initial contact or to send documents or similar, will only be collected, processed and used for this purpose, unless you consent to further purposes. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
If questions regarding existing contracts are processed on the basis of the contact form or if possible pre-contractual measures result from the contact data, this is done on the basis of the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

3.4 General Data Transfer

As a matter of principle, we use your personal data from contacting you only within our company and pass the data on to the responsible persons within our company.
Data will only be passed on to third parties if you have consented, if there is a legal obligation or if a legal permission provides for this. No data is transferred to other EU or third countries.
